Dr. Brooks and the staff at Capital Digestive Care and Sentara Leigh are phenomenal! I had my first colonoscopy this month with them and was so nervous but they made the whole process from scheduling to the procedure feel like a day at the spa...well maybe not quite lol but they are so awesome! An amazing group of people. Thanks for all you do!
Addendum to my review. Eloise, who is the office manager for Dr. Brooks, returned my call and discussed my concerns. She was very polite and considerate of my feelings. Eloise was helpful in rectifying my issues for which I am very grateful as I have the utmost respect for Dr. Brooks. She has always provided me great care. Carol E Schall
Dr. Brooks is very attentive and approachable. She made me feel like I was heard and that she truly cared about my health. 5 stars for her and the entire crew.
