Did not clean up after work done. Could not figure out steering column noise complaint. Nothing was done. I have provided multiple complaints about radio system locking up / not working at all. Again, could not be duplicated in shop so nothing was done.
Whitmoyer lost a good loyal customer. We ordered a new Ford Ranger Raptor 15 months ago. It finally came in a week ago and they lowballed us on our trade...not just low balled but it was thousands of dollars lower than 5 other local dealers...this was a truck that we bought their 4 years ago. We had to sell it to another local dealer ...even with paying sales tax on the new truck we still saved thousands. We bought 5 vehicles here within the last 5 years and never again! Great Place to purchase vehicle. Yuri Sheaffer did excellent job. Very helpful, answered all my questions in timely manner. Delivered Car and extremely easy to deal with. Service department is excellant.
