Used to love Whitmoyer. We had our 3 vehicles there after the change in ownership and all of our vehicles have had nothing but problems ever since. Now that our warranties are up we have gone back to a local family owned shop.

Kinley Ford is top notch. Their service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I feel a weight has been lifted off of me since first contacting Kinley to the time I picked my car up. I would absolutely recommend Kinley over any other Ford dealership in the area.
1 star is being generous. This place is a total scam. Customer service sucks. I have been calling for 2 months almost every day and leaving multiple voice-mails so I can drop the extra coverage and not once have I been put in contact with anyone. You call to buy a car and boom they answer right away trying to force it on you, but BUYER BEWARE, once you buy it GOODLUCK trying to get ahold of them ever again. Took my truck for inspection they told me it needed a couple things and it would cost 1200 dollars.I was told that I had 30 days to get it fixed and reinspected at no additional charge. Next day I got a call asking if I wanted to make an appointment to get it fixed. I told them I was getting it fixed before I would bring it in. Then I was told that it would cost over 1000 dollars to get it reinspected. It cost me about 150 dollars for the parts and I fixed it myself.
