Diana Wade was pleasant to talk to and has taken very good care of me! Highly recommend! Edit: Its 2025 and Whitmoyer is now Kinley. What the hell did Kinley do to this dealership? Drive by, there's no inventory on the lot. There were more cars on the lot in 2020 during a chip shortage lmao. The good - I purchased a used Ford from this dealership. I worked with James Miller in sales. I give him five out of five stars. He was zero pressure, very accommodating with my requests, and was very responsive with both email and text. Initially they lowball my trade-in offer however they did accept my later counter offer. The numbers ended up matching what I calculated they should be and I did give them a chance at financing and they beat my credit union preapproval rate by almost 3 percentage points. I took my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid to get fixed since it was randomly stalling out. The dealership told me it was my transmission and it would cost around $17,000. I got a second opinion elsewhere and the mechanic diagnosed the issue - it was a loose connection to the 12 volt battery. Car's been running great ever since.
