I have been a patient of Dr. Whitmire an Dr. Cate Lewis for many years. Unfortunately I have been in a couple car wrecks, I have had 2 Brain surgies, my neck fused an some back issues. I have to say without these 2 Dr.'s helping with my pain I think I would be laying in bed all the time. Each of them are very professional, they listen to me when I tell them where my pain is steming from because it varies. This is in response to Rachel,the mother of two girls who were treated at the clinic on a recent Saturday. Our Saturday schedule and office staff (I work alone) differ from the rest of the week. Their actual treatment time including checkout was 30 minutes. Rachel relayed her own issues as well as her daughters but, she had cancelled her own new patient appointment. I went with normal expectations, but was very disappointed. Starting with the receptionist, and continuing on with Dr. Lewis, their manner was rude and disrespectful. Dr.Lewis spent a total of 6 minutes with me, and this was my initial visit. She never looked at the paperwork I filled out describing my health concerns. For the title of "initial visit" and for the price of $65, I was hoping for more than 6 minutes and no relief from my pain.
