I have contacted this property on several occasions. Had 2 appointments to meet someone and they didn't even show up. Their voice mailbox is always full and NO ONE ever calls you back. They have wasted my time, gas money and even had to use my own personal time to cover for an appointment they never showed up for. I had even texted them the night before to confirm my appointment and again no contact back. I feel sorry for their tenants if they ever had to get a hold of them. Apts are fine. Turn over of the landlord from the company is constant so never anyone to speak to.
There was no damage to my apartment when i moved out. So they made up an excuse to keep my deposit. Then they gave me a check for $2 less than half my deposit. I tried to cash it, and it was no good. I messaged the office manager about it, and never heard one word back. So I never got my whole deposit back. So I have to take them to small claims court to get my money.
