Why is Whitman Body Works in Abington on Route 18 near the Weymouth Line? Good Question. After entering the auto body business in 1971, I went to work at a small shop in Quincy. As I progressed from a cleanup "kid" to auto body technician to full time painter, the shop grew dramatically. I then went to school and became a licensed appraiser to full time manager. I brought my truck by Whitman Body Works to get an estimate on getting a ding with a deep gouge repaired. The estimate was reasonable, but John also provided me with a price to touch it up to avoid rusting. The truck is 6 years old, so I went with the touch up. The price was great, and they did a great job. Unexpectedly, they cleaned the whole truck, including the inside. Great job and thank you!

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this company. Donny took care of everything for me in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the paint job and repairs. They also left me a Dunks gift card on my dashboard and completely detailed my car! It looked like a new car! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!
I brought my car here to be repaired due to a car accident and the was the easiest part of the process. Everyone I spoke to at Whitman Body Works was so nice and professional. They took the time to explain answers to questions that I had regarding the whole process and not just the repairs of the car and I really appreciated that. Great experience!
This body shop and repair all I can say they do premium expert work inside and out of my vehicle and would not hesitate recommend this place to my family and friends great work and deserve 5 stars
