We brought our Rav4, making transmission sounds to Whitlock motors, and the mechanics drove it and gave it back to us with a $163 bill, just saying "yes you have transmission problems" (as if we didn't know). No details, no repair estimate, just a bill. They said $7K for a new transmission, although we later discovered that new transmissions are not available for older Rav4's. Don’t even bother
Service department went above and beyond Brian and the guys are awesome to work with.
We had a great and non stressful experience and everyone there from the receptionist, salesperson, and finance/sales dept (Tim Clements) whom we dealt with, was so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be referring Whitlock to anyone looking and we will be future customers.
The best place to take your ride in the surrounding area. Talk to Dan he is extremely knowledgeable. What a great experience
