Less than 1 day for a non emergency appointment. Debbie and Kim were most helpful when I called. Technicians Jessie and Palmer were knowledgeable, efficient and very nice young men.

Kim is always so sweet and Debbie - pure gold! Has helped me every time I've had an ac issue - very quickly and always with a smile! Every tech I have dealt with has been fantastic and Jason is definitely above and beyond the best! Got my ac up and running. Very satisfied customer here!!!! ALL of you guys are AWESOME!

Best A/C repair I've had in St Johns County. had requested another highly rated A/C company to check out my issue, within minutes they advised that I needed a whole new unit. Decided to get another opinion and when Whitley came out they advised that the fan could be replaced and the cost would be 1/15th of the cost of a new unit. Really nice guy, extremely knowledgeable.

I signed up for the twice a year maintenance plan and this was my first service. The tech checked everything and cleaned out the drain pan and fixed the main air duct that was separating from the ceiling (due to sloppy install by the builder). It’s a great deal and I now have peace of mind that the unit has been thoroughly checked by a professional.
