Horrible property management! I live in a complex right next one they manage and this is horrible. They've have a pile of garbage aka furniture in front of their property for over a month now. I contacted them and spoke to Nicole and she wants evidence? Ummm it’s been on your property and your tenants that moved out placed it there with a freee sign? Whitley Property Management was fantastic to us. Nicole and Greg were both very helpful in the lease signing process and being open and transparent as we looked around the property. They've both been very helpful and prompt in addressing maintenance concerns. Rent is affordable, and the place was very clean when we moved in as well.
