Sheer incompetence. We waited over a month to get feedback on new home insurance and then they told us they have no ability to cover anyone who works from home. Absolute nonsense. We got coverage from TD Insurance directly in under an hour. Avoid this brokerage at all costs.
My broker was out of office, so I had the pleasure of speaking with Brittany. She was amazing and answered all my questions promptly.
