They are very nice and helpful
I would give Dr Whitley himself 5 plus stars, he is amazing. The office staff used to be the best as well but now we are considering changing because of their inefficiency and the fact they are rude, not helpful and downright disrespectful. It’s a shame because the doctors are the best. That’s why the 3 stars- staff deserve a 0.
My son got scratched in the eye at school yesterday, it looked pretty bad. Called up there this morning right when they opened and they said to come on in. First, the staff was so friendly to me and my son. 2nd Dr. Stan was amazing with my son! He strikes up a conversation with my son has soon as he walks in! I absolutely loved that! He explained everything to me and I’m just going to say, this practice has new patients with our family of 7! I am so pleased.
