They did a good job but communication is terrible with Scooter. They also were $8000 over estimate. I’d look elsewhere
Customer service is needing improvement
We recently built a house and got our flooring (hardwood, tiles) from Whitley. We worked with about a dozen vendors and Whitley was the best in terms of timeliness, material, quality of work. Keeley is so knowledgeable and helped us with color recommendations and everything. Five stars all the way.
