They get job done but the charges for service is outrageous, never on time, I used 3 times, 2nd time the crane broke my driveway, 3rd time the owner never once said anything about a emergency, he told me they be there at 7am the day after my neighbors tree fell on my house, they arrived at 810am and was gone by 1130am, gave a estimate for $25,000, final bill was $14230.00, He takes advantage of insurance companies which in turn the claim payout ends up going to Whitledge aka emergency tree responders.com and the homeowner en... read more

The salesman came out to our property to assess storm damage and promised that insurance coverage was a sure thing. He was very reassuring that we would not be out of pocket for the removal of a large tree that was lying on the roof of our garage. However, when our insurance saw the bill they said the charges were way beyond the acceptable rate. Our adjuster tried to work with Whitledge and negotiate payment. They did not budge.
