If I could leave zero stars I would. These workers create some hazardous conditions for pedestrians and bikes. I was riding my bike past the Redding middle school construction site and I got tangled in some of that orange netting that’s in the middle of the sidewalk and got all scratched up and my bike is damaged. I will be calling osha and filling out a hazard report form. This is unacceptable do better and don’t make unnecessary hazards.
