I honestly don’t even know where to begin. The level of service I’ve experienced at this facility has been incredibly disappointing. From repeated failures to answer the phone to a general lack of attentiveness to patients’ concerns, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Answer the phone!
It never takes long to get refills. There is always a pharmacist there to answer any questions.
What a change! Their customer service and prescription readiness used to be major issues. However, they've clearly made an effort to improve; everyone is now friendly and very helpful when I pick up my medication.
