I can not believe the low ratings. We have received excellent medical care and the staff has always been friendly and professional. In all my years around Military installations, this Pharmacy gives the fastest service, while never making you feel like you are just a number. My one and only complaint would be that the chain of command board is missing pictures and names and it is now March.
My doctor there was very friendly and social, and the staff there were very professional.
Very disappointed with my service today. The doctor I saw today had never seen me before, did not introduce himself, and did not even ask me about my concerns. I said I’d had a couple of beers on the river and that was that! I was rescheduled for approximately a month out and dismissed. I am anxious about my symptoms and was never given a chance to explain. They say VA clinic here is awful but I believe the local Family Care Clinics under NASP are by far examples of the worse care you can receive. The staff do not care about patients and it’s simply a job to them, I get lack of resources but to show total disdain for someone’s wellbeing is crazy to me. I worry in a real emergent situation they will write you off and not care. This is the second time of having a bad experience with them since being retired.
