Our condo hired Whiting and was extremely pleased with the company. They were professional, neat and gave good value for an expensive job. The gentleman working on our building couldn't have been more accommodating to the residents. When we had an issue after job was completed they came back immediately and corrected it. Great company and great customer service.
Worst Company Ever! they don’t deserve one star. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Whiting Roofing. They proved to be an utterly incompetent company with rude owners. A poorly executed job for my connecting neighbor resulted in a leak, causing thousands of dollars in damages to my home's interior. I had a roof leak and I am so thankful I reached out to Whiting. From start to finish it was an excellent customer experience. Christine is wonderful, she made a very stressful situation a lot easier. She is easy to talk to, she cares and is informative. I was able to take a deep breath after talking to her.
