Unethical… unethical.. charged my college student son nearly $400 dollars to tow his vehicle a couple miles . They Pick the vehicle up On Sunday, and locked it in their lot because they said they were closed..When he came to get the vehicle on Monday morning, he was charged 2 days of Storage at $130.and $250 dollars for a short tow…This is called Predatory pricing . I recently rented a truck to move my daughter to Manayunk. When I went to pick the truck up and told the young lady checking me in what I was doing she said she was going to give me a truck with a mechanical lift on the back at no additional charge because "trust me you will need it." She couldn't have been more right and it was a lifesaver. I am so grateful that she listened to what I was using the truck for and told me that I was going to need that lift.
