My AC died this past Memorial Day. I texted Mr Whitfield not expecting a reply on a holiday. I received an immediate reply informing me that he would be over immediately. He had me up and running an hour later. Another reason I’m a loyal Whitfield customer.
Alerted me that it was time for service! Arrived on time. Completed work efficiently.
Ethan was quick to respond and solved my issue quickly and thoroughly. Had to return the next day with parts, called early the next morning to notify of his return time, which is rare from most businesses. Would recommend Whitfield Heating & Air!
