Recently, we have had Heats Pumps and Combi Boiler installed in our home by Whitfield Climate Care. The Heat Pumps were requested but the Boiler was replaced out of necessity. In both cases the Whitfield team showed up at our home, generated immediate quotes and had the units installed in quick order. After getting several quotes, we chose Whitfield's - and we're so glad we did! During our first meeting with Kevin, he answered all our questions and came up with a great proposal. Then he personally took time to help create the base for the condenser to fit our needs. Reg & Traeton installed the heat pump, taking the time to explain and address any concerns I had. From the first meeting with Jeremy to the crew doing the installation on our heat pump its been amazing. We qualified for the energy rebate received our cheque in a few short weeks. After waiting over 25 days with little response from her regular furnace technician, I then reached out to 4-5 other contractors in the area, and only Redge answered. The secretary booked us in for the end of the month, but they were able to fit my mom in same day, which was a blessing as the weather has been much cooler for her and her animals. Very organized, prompt, and kind service. Would highly recommend.
