We recently had heat pumps installed at our cottage and we wanted to thank David and Landen for the outstanding job they did. The installation was completed thoroughly and efficiently and the workmanship was exceptionally clean and organized. They took the time to ensure everything was done properly and left the work area spotless when they were finished. We are extremely pleased with the results. Thank you both for making the experience such a positive one. We highly recommend your services. Julie and Liam
We recently had a heat pump system installed at our cottage on Dickey Lake. From start to finish the project went very smoothly. Trayton and the team were amazing. They showed up on schedule, were very professional and provided advice and expertise on a complicated install. They were efficient and the work was top notch. We are very happy with the result and are looking forward to staying cool in the hot summer months ahead! 5 star all the way!
From start to finish, my experience with Whitfield Climate Care was outstanding. They have a deep bench of knowledgeable, professional staff, and every department was excellent to work with. We had a heat pump system installed this week. The entire crew was friendly and professional. At the end of the day there was a small glitch and the system wouldn’t start up. The crew was disappointed, and you could tell that they puzzled about it all night because they were back the next morning with a possible solution which worked! We are beyond thrilled with how the system is cooling the house! We would strongly recommend Whitfield’s - from quotation, to securing the rebate, to installation and troubleshooting, the w... read more
Wow the crew that came to install mini split heat pump system were amazing very respectful polite and pleasant. Answered all questions very patient. Not to keen on the communication skill from initial phone call. They seem not to relay messages as far as I can see that area does need some work. After we had some conversation it did improve . There is always room to grow. Overall very pleased with the whole experience would recommend them definitely love the crew.
