Whitfield Climate Care recently installed a Heat Pump system at our home. We didn't have to wait long for the installation day, and the team followed up with us to see if the finished product was suiting our needs and running correctly. (Which it has been!) After getting several quotes, we chose Whitfield's - and we're so glad we did! During our first meeting with Kevin, he answered all our questions and came up with a great proposal. Then he personally took time to help create the base for the condenser to fit our needs. Reg & Traeton installed the heat pump, taking the time to explain and address any concerns I had. After waiting over 25 days with little response from her regular furnace technician, I then reached out to 4-5 other contractors in the area, and only Redge answered. The secretary booked us in for the end of the month, but they were able to fit my mom in same day, which was a blessing as the weather has been much cooler for her and her animals. Very organized, prompt, and kind service. Would highly recommend.
They are quick to sell you products but not to service in a timely manner.
Just had a heat pump installed and the crew was professional, efficient and personable. I highly recommend Whitfield.
