We recently had a heat pump system installed at our cottage on Dickey Lake. From start to finish the project went very smoothly. Trayton and the team were amazing. They showed up on schedule, were very professional and provided advice and expertise on a complicated install. They were efficient and the work was top notch. We are very happy with the result and are looking forward to staying cool in the hot summer months ahead! 5 star all the way!
Wow the crew that came to install mini split heat pump system were amazing very respectful polite and pleasant. Answered all questions very patient. Not to keen on the communication skill from initial phone call. They seem not to relay messages as far as I can see that area does need some work. After we had some conversation it did improve . There is always room to grow. Overall very pleased with the whole experience would recommend them definitely love the crew.
Recently, we have had Heats Pumps and Combi Boiler installed in our home by Whitfield Climate Care. The Heat Pumps were requested but the Boiler was replaced out of necessity. In both cases the Whitfield team showed up at our home, generated immediate quotes and had the units installed in quick order. From the first meeting with Jeremy to the crew doing the installation on our heat pump its been amazing. We qualified for the energy rebate received our cheque in a few short weeks. We absolutely 💯 love our new heat pump. Keeping us cool and comfortable during this hot summer. Can't wait to see how it heats Highly recommend Whitfields.
