Always closed, serioulsy it's 11 am on a Wednesday. Been calling for 3 days now and all ive gotten is a busy signal. They are the only Craftsmans service center in the area and can't even get my stuff fixed cause they are never there. Even the building and what you can see inside the place looks like a dump. At this point I'd dare say that they are out of buisness.
