They were very disorganized. It was our first time and none of the rules were explained. It was extremely fast paced and hard to understand for a first timer. Bc of a small, easily made mistake regarding inspections, we lost our money and were told we were banned from ever attending. We were very polite so it had nothing to do with that. It was an honest mistake. The person banned wasn't even the person trying to buy they were just trying to be a good person and help someone in need.
