Have been moving loads with Whitewood for over 15 years. Staff is always friendly and available 24/7. Rates are fair and invoices paid on time. Their professional owner operators really represent the industry well. These guys are customer service experts. Trucking companies come and go but Whitewood has stood the test of time.

booked a load with Mike M.D, driver arrived on time at his pick up, spend over 8 h at shipper, after leaving the load was shifted, had to go back and get it fixed, spend another 4h, we contact him to get the driver his detention he kept saying he is reaching his customer, after 3 weeks he is saying his customer decline the detention , so unfair for our driver after losing all day getting loaded, if the broker cant held responsible for these situation they should be brokering, I recommend to stay away from them, will never do... read more
