Dentist & all staff are so friendly. They work together as a whole team!!! They really took their time to explain my options. I felt that I was listened to. They cared about me and my teeth. I highly recommend this dental office. The best one I’ve ever been to. Thank you for treating us patients as humans and not just like $ signs. A smile and kindness goes a long way.
My experience today, as always, was excellent. I needed a temporary crown removed and the permanent one put in place. The procedure went smoothly and the fit was perfect. All my questions were answered and everything was perfect. Dr. Shawn is very personable and very talented. I highly recommend her.
The service was fast. The staff from receptionist to Doctor Quevedo was amazing. It was great relating to some that came from our hometown in Florida.They made you feel comfortable and was always making sure that all you issue were handled.
The service was GREAT, except for the wait time after the cleaning and waiting for the doctor seemed somewhat unreasonable. It seemed like it may have been an overbooking of patients at 3pm since the parking lot was full. Also, for the second or third time my Dentist of preference was not available. But I did receive GREAT care from the entire team. Thank you!
Everyone was very courteous and they made sure I was aware of everything they were doing and DR.Q made sure to explain some things about the medicine I was taking. I was very pleased with my first visit. Barb Arens
