Always a great experience coming in, our family (even my 3 year old) have been patients for many years, everything runs smoothly, it's a calm environment and everyone is personable and courteous. I'm glad they have added the extra features of setting up appts by phone/email if an appointment has been missed or haven't scheduled. I recommend this facility to friends/family.
I have been coming here for about 3 years now and I love it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Always have my needs met and questions answered. Hardly ever wait long periods of time to go into a room or meet with the dentist. No complaints!
The staff was all so nice and helpful. From working me in for an emergency appointment to working with my insurance , getting me back to exam room right on my appointment time and finally the doctor spending time to tell me my options and what he would choose if it were him in my situation. Definitely would recommend them and will be going back for more preventive services while I am visiting down here for the winter
All the staff and Dr Shawn were very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They got me in there right away after my cap and post came off of an old root canal from a previous dentist. Because I am on oxygen, Dr Shawn had to refer me over to a orthopedic surgeon, who is getting me in very soon. Thank you all so much.
Hands down the best dental office in the Valley! It started off with my Dad, a veteran, that was sent to their office for services. He was extremely pleased with not only the dental work he received, but also the polite, friendly, and professional dentist and staff. It then came to me looking for a dentist that accepted my insurance. It was my Dad who first recommended Whitewing Dental to see if they accepted my insurance and well thankfully they did. My first visit was a very good experience! Thanks Whitewing Dental!
