My first visit to WVR was excellent. That was the Richmond office. Then I went to the Connersville facility for treatment. The office staff were loud, gathered in the middle of the main room. I had trouble hearing Chad. He did not ask them to lower their noise. My main gripe? Nobody wearing masks except me. Employees not vaxxed for covid. I specifically asked Chad if he was vaccinated, since he was working unmasked with me. He said "No mam, I am not." I will not be going back.
