I've used this facility for years as a 2nd garage to store my snowmobile, lawn mower and other off season items. The maintenance and general up-keep of the place is what's kept me here for the last 6 years. It's just storage and these guys seem to get it. Keep it simple.

I would give a zero if that was an option. My daughter arrived at her unit and there was no lock. She then had to go buy a lock for the short term to lock her belongings until someone could secure her items. Then..they don’t pro rate the last month but they pro rate the first month. Read the contract carefully folks. They kept $43 of the $63 deposit.
