A family member of mine lives in a property in whitewater wi, asbestos tiles on the floor, beams not stable, totally unsafe conditions of the property, will be calling a building inspector, this company is obviously the definition of a slumlord, this place is not safe and I will be making the necessary calls.
Was all cleared 100 percent from screening, housing tells me management had confusion on if my voucher woul cover the unit and helped explain yes it would. Waited for a update for a month only to finally get told my background was no good as I didn't have verified history. First off I'm homless atm secondly my previous was a house I owned for 7 years. So I get that fixed with a fax statement. Then almost 2 weeks go by before management leaves a message saying my credits to low and again no verified rental history....I have a... read more

They are slum lords
I spoke to an associate, and was told that I only had to pay one application fee, and there was no time limit. I applied for a second property, they reran my application fee, and would not give a refund.
