Was all cleared 100 percent from screening, housing tells me management had confusion on if my voucher woul cover the unit and helped explain yes it would. Waited for a update for a month only to finally get told my background was no good as I didn't have verified history. First off I'm homless atm secondly my previous was a house I owned for 7 years. They are slum lords
I spoke to an associate, and was told that I only had to pay one application fee, and there was no time limit. I applied for a second property, they reran my application fee, and would not give a refund.
Worst company ever. No communication and the property manager has no clue what they are doing.
