Excellent and friendly service.
My husband and I lived at the Redwood Cascade and it was totally amazing. Everything was convenient and the maintenance was great. Our experience there was incredible, I would recommend any one looking for a great place low maintenance place to live redwood is the place to live. Mary
The request for service on our microwave was responded to promptly and the result was an attempted repair. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to repair the microwave and a new one was ordered. When it came in it was promptly installed and it works great!
Unfortunately, I did not get the maintenance person's name but he was great. He committed to resolving the issue with our garage door openers on the same day and accomplished that after doing some research. We received new openers that were programmed to work properly. He was a delight to work with. Thank you!
