UPDATE: 10/9/25 I have moved out and done everything on my part and these people STILL filed an eviction on me.... Thank God I'm not unprofessional as they are. I have my documents and records. Wow! The manager is amazing. Very friendly and professional.
Slumlords, Will refuse essential repairs just because they don't want to do them. They are actively under investigation for environmental, building code, and tenant rights violations. DO NOT RENT HERE Update, they have now ignored being served a notice to clean up a sewage leak that has been ongoing since April and are facing potential litigation from the Madison County Health Department after having been served their second notice of noncompliance.
