Phone staff was extremely disrespectful when asked about being put on a wait list and then hung up on me. I have no idea why this was her response but I will not be returning. I’ve been going here to see Dr. Kluener since I was a child. Unfortunately I won’t be back. No one should speak to someone else that way. Hopefully your calls are recorded so you can give this front desk person some training in customer service.
We love this office and all staff we have encountered. They treat my young daughter so well. They engage her with questions about her own oral health and don’t just defer to a parent. They clearly explain what they are doing and what the next steps are with her. Highly recommend!
