I worked with Tim Kent to sell our property in upstate New York. We encountered some unexpected challenges which took some time and strategy to resolve. I keep getting spam mail from them, I keep sending it back to no avail. Next, I will call them constantly for 8 hours straight, everyday, until it is stopped.
Whitetail properties will miss represent the property they are trying to sell you. They will also have other whitetail agents bid in their auctions unannounced to those bidding in person or online. They also do no due diligence on the properties they are selling. Real Estate agents continue to trespass to show property because it is convenient for them.
