I have called them SEVERAL times and left numerous voicemails with NO response. They were even recommended! Winter is on the way! I will be calling another company since these guys are not interested in my business. Do not waste your time.
They came out to service my home air conditioner at the beginning of summer. I was told by the technician that he was only refilling the freon and that if it stopped working he would come out and find and repair the leak at that time. Well it stopped working. In the last week and a half I've called FIVE times and left voicemails every time to try to schedule a repair.
