Very rude. I had issues with my account and I was told thru online support to contact the main branch. I got talked down to and told that my information wasnt on file and said I had to go to their office in person and fill out paperwork. And then said I had to fund my account to get debit card I never recieved. I go thru the local branch near me. This branch is 2 hrs away. The way I was talked to and treated was so bad that I hung up.
