As a tenant with them - stay away !! Almost consider them a scam - they just looking to take Money from Small businesses without doing anything , departments are not synced and you might accidentally get a 21k bill accidentally.. Horrible experience we won’t be expending with them that’s for sure .
Stay away from this company. Whitestone is run by puppets who answers to the masters/shareholders... Service and maintenance are horrible and they always blame the tenants to avoid their responsibilities. Whitestone management are dishonest and they have No integrity.

My car got hit in there parking lot which is always packed on Fridays and Saturday btw, the person that hit me didn't leave a note or anything. The parking lot is poorly marked and doesn't have any cameras. I call this company because they own it and acted like they didn't care at all. The manager was very unhelpful and I am seeking legal help to see if theyre at fault at all. Someone will pay the $2500 dollars damage to my car.
