We are a tenant and really love working with the Whitestone team. All the people are very friendly and responsive.
They allow the chance for people to close their businesses... because that’s what they want. Terrible self-centered people
Very disappointed with this company. Aspen's Brew in San Antonio was one of the best coffee shops in the entire area and I have seen time and time again that that business has brought more customers to The Strand shopping center than anyone else. The fact that this company raised their rent by 40% despite them being an anchor tenant since 2005 is horrid and speaks on how they view and treat their tenants. I'd advise potential commercial tenants to look for suites elsewhere.
