I just got my first appointment with a podiatrist I've been using Flip Flop in Hawaii for 7 years and it was about time to have my first visit with a podiatrist. This location was the most professional, fast, and efficient. I won't go to the other one also, I want to thank the front desk for how adorable, friendly warm person, and helpful to me. Don't worry if you don't speak English, they can perfectly help you with Spanish or Italian also. Prego ♥️
Absolutely terrible front staff, particularly that Maria individual. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, which is a shame considering the actual podiatrists in the office are otherwise incredible. If you can look past the rude staff, I recommend

What can I say ... I hurt my foot and was referred by family members. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ditrolo he is a very nice doctor with thorugh explanations and wonderful bedside manners. His Staff members Maria and Dora are also pleasant and eager to assist and fulfill your needs. The Office is clean and happy environment. I will definitely be using them when needed.
