Where do I even start. We were renters under Whitestar for two year. The first year wasn’t bad but then again we never asked for anything to be taken care of. We also received close to our full deposit back and the charges were within reason. After our 1st year we moved to another condo in the same complex that was under Whitestar for more space, and everything went downhill. They manage the complex where I live. I own my condo. Yet white star acts like they own our property. Things are not fixed in a timely manner. Pool is closed indefinitely because they can't seem to.replace the broken lock. They do the absolute min and charge 300 dollars per condo. Crazy.
