I have never walked out of a dentist appointment feeling more satisfied & reassured! Dr Laura, was absolutely fantastic, non judgemental and focused on the outcome rather than journey leading up to my appointment! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a dentist who is genuine, compassionate, friendly and professional.
What an amazing clinic! I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. Specially Dr Laura who is so wonderful with kids.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cam. He is everything you would expect from a dentist: meticulous, proactive and truly knowledgeable. I went for a second opinion and I found my new permanent dentist for as long as I remain in Brisbane. On the same day I had a 3D scan of my mouth, occlusion analysis, the advice I needed, gum and implant crown evaluation and all the necessary referrals. Besides, he is a super nice guy.
I have experienced the worst customer service from this company and want to share my experience to others. For my son's consultation we waited 45 mins before we saw the dentist. Then I had to rebook a consultation to get the quote and again waited for the dentist. He never showed up for my appointment and I left after another 20 mins of waiting to get back to my own work. I bet you this dentist wont even all to apologise. Unprofessional!!!!!!!!
