I regret with all my heart that I trusted him with my health and my smile. He doesn't listen. Literally, he does whatever he wants without discussing it with the patient. The whole process is a nightmare. I'm facing consequences and I paid a lot of money for this awful experience and results.
Duffy orthodontist has an amazing staff. They are super friendly, easy to work with, and very efficient. We are highly satisfied with the results and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at braces.
Horrible experience from the beginning! Dr. Baker does not listen and barely interacted with me at all, despite me raising concerns several times. I am extremely dissatisfied with my care and wish I had gone somewhere else!
I wasn’t satisfied with his work from braces and coming back years later to get my retainer repaired. He spent a few minutes working on my teeth, didn’t speak to me, and didn’t take the time to ask if I was satisfied with the work. I would not recommend his services.
Always make you feel cared for. All the staff are cordial. Help me with a payment plan, event matched my deposit to help me with cost. Its not all about money, it the heart work.
My step children go there and my benefits are used for their services there. Their dad and I have contacted the office several times requesting itemized bills to verify if coordination of benefits have been processed correctly and we have been denied this information. We have a court order granting this information as we are responsible for and do pay half these bills. They refuse to cooperate and are unprofessional each time we call.

My teeth used to honestly be a total disaster. I was crowded, had an overbite, and a bunch of teeth in the wrong place. After some time with Dr. T it is now way better. I absolutely love my teeth.
We were referred to a different office but decided to go to dr. Langford because it it literally around the corner from home. It was also very highly recommended in our community. This office is absolutely amazing. The stuff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could. My daughter is already done with braces after 1.5 years and we thought she will have to wear them for few years. Never had any problems whatsoever. The visits are always quick and efficient. Absolutely amazing.
