The people that work in WCHD are very rude. My son had some dental work about 4 cavities which were filled this took 4 different appointments, after a couple of months the fillings started falling out one by one, called or tried to call multiple times and each time got voice memo to leave a message this was at 10am it is now 230pm and no return call so I called back and finally got ahold of someone who seemed like I was taking up her valuable time, so was transferred to a supervisor guess what - leave a message and we will g... read more
Had the best dental experience! The assistant was so kind and comforting and the Dr was as well. Was surprised how fast and efficient my appointment was. So happy I found a great dentist
I haven't had any issues with a behavioral health or the nurses for that department. However I've been in excruciating pain with my teeth. I came to the dentist just to get my teeth pulled. My first appointment was in July. They looked at my teeth and did x-rays. Agreed the teeth need pulled. My next appointment was in late September. Still in pain. Dr. Sultana always addresses my needs with awesome care! Only issue I’ve had is the oral surgeon talks over you and doesn’t address my concerns as much and if you feel uncomfortable walking back out in the lobby in front of everybody else they WILL NOT give you a mask to cover your nose and mouth, I suggest bringing your own.
