I called to ask a basic question: what do the providers look like? I meant their professional photos and records so I could see who I’d actually be sitting across from. The receptionist immediately treated it like an interrogation. She kept asking, repeatedly, why I wanted a specific provider, as if the request itself was suspicious. I went there on May or June this year. No word about my teeth checked or what's going on, no email or no phone call from them.

I called here the other day to make an appointment to get a filling done. Whoever picked up was rude, nasty and unhelpful. She clearly doesn't know how to do her job. "Short staffed" ok? That's not my problem now is it? Don't be open if you can't help people with their teeth. Honestly glad I dodged that bullet with giving them a single penny if I'm going to be treated poorly over the phone.

The people that work in WCHD are very rude. My son had some dental work about 4 cavities which were filled this took 4 different appointments, after a couple of months the fillings started falling out one by one, called or tried to call multiple times and each time got voice memo to leave a message this was at 10am it is now 230pm and no return call so I called back and finally got ahold of someone who seemed like I was taking up her valuable time, so was transferred to a supervisor guess what - leave a message and we will g... read more
