White plumbing did an amazing job installing a new Water Heater for us. It started with Missy the receptionist being very professional and got us help quite quickly, Missy is outstanding. Then are plumber was Deshaun, who was amazing removing the old heater and putting new one all by himself. He kept us informed and displayed very professional approach which made us very happy. If all White plumber s are like Dashaun White plumbing is highly recommended, Thanks Bob Wuchte
I had a high water bill in my first month at my new home. I submitted a warranty claim and they came out the same day. Tierre Davis came out and found the leak in the mail line to the house immediately. It was hard to get to but he took extra time to get the job done himself. the leak was fixed and meter reinstalled all in half a day.
After the cold supply line valve broke off at the wall after hours on a Friday, Dashaun from White's arrived shortly thereafter. Dashaun is perhaps the most cordial of any service tech I ever dealt with over the years. He texted updates, was polite, explained everything regarding the job, was knowledgeable, and personable. He got my elderly MILs water back on quickly and for a reasonable price. White's is lucky to have such an employee as a representative of the company. We had to use Whites again. The insinkerator went on us, so I called White's to replace it. After the new one was put in, it still didn't work! Had to get the electrician here. The electrician came the next day, and had to replace the insinkerator switch. They did not charge me since they didn't check that before replacing the insinkerator unit. New house less than 2 years old. Kitchen sink leaking at drain to P-trap. Called plumber who did the work for the builder -YESTERDAY. After three hours waiting for return call I called WHITE'S. Got an immediate answer and a return call within 20 minutes. Plumber on scene within two hours. Great attitude and efficient. Builder's plumber had "installed" coupling with threads that did not match the drain from the sink basin.
