We had the best first experience with White's Plumbing & Electrical. From talking to the nice lady who answered the phone, to speaking with Keith, to meeting Brian, our plumber. The communication and the work that Brian did, was fabulous! Brian did a great job plumbing under my new vanity sink. The way the old plumbing came out of our wall (the location), made this job really tricky. Brian made it work. He is an asset to your company and such a nice guy! White's plumbing and electrical responded promptly to our need for a drain blockage in the sewer line. The technician was cordial and polite, he worked through the issue to discover that it was not an issue in the house. He cleared the line but with further investigation by camera identified a potential break in the city sewer that will likely lead to a drawn out battle with the city of Raleigh/ Wake Forest's Public Works. White plumbing did an amazing job installing a new Water Heater for us. It started with Missy the receptionist being very professional and got us help quite quickly, Missy is outstanding. Then are plumber was Deshaun, who was amazing removing the old heater and putting new one all by himself. He kept us informed and displayed very professional approach which made us very happy. If all White plumber s are like Dashaun White plumbing is highly recommended, Thanks Bob Wuchte

I had a high water bill in my first month at my new home. I submitted a warranty claim and they came out the same day. Tierre Davis came out and found the leak in the mail line to the house immediately. It was hard to get to but he took extra time to get the job done himself. the leak was fixed and meter reinstalled all in half a day.
