Absolutely pathetic. I recently ordered a Subaru vehicle through this dealership. I placed my order on Friday April 25th. My sales person, Sean, told me that if I found another dealership in a nearby state with the vehicle I wanted that they could do a dealer swap so that I could receive the vehicle earlier, and then Whites would sell the vehicle that I purchased when it arrived since it is in high demand. This place is a joke... they have had my truck for 3 weeks now because of a shake in the front. I chose to go get my truck and take it somewhere else and they had it done in an hour.... The cause: unbalanced tires... they didnt even do an oil change when they had it like they was asked.
