White's, it's where I get my $#!@ from. Go talk to Lee or John, they'll take care of ya. Tell em I sent ya... not that it matters... but it'll sound good.
I don't normally write bad reviews but due to the lack of professionalism from a Manager named John, I wouldn't buy anything from White's Lumber unless you inspect it in person first. We purchased (4) 10x10x12 rough sawn cedar timbers and (2) 10x10x8 rough sawn cedar timbers. We just received the delivery and the 12 foot timbers were great. Both of the 8 foot timbers were unacceptable. First of all, we know what checking is. We also know when checking becomes excessive and ruins the structural integrity.
