Called to order a simple window lineal. Called on a Saturday and ordered it. I was told by the agent that he would call me back on Tuesday to confirm the cost of shipping. Understandable due to it being Labor Day weekend. No call received. I called them back on Thursday the 4th because I did not get a call. Spoke to a couple different agents.
