Remarkable customer service & friendly staff! Highly recommend
The center stone on my Wedding ring was bent in an awkward position. I went into White’s jewelers. In Springfield, he fixed my ring within five minutes and didn’t charge me. I don’t think I’ve ever had such courteous quick service. If I ever have a need for jewelry, I will go back to them.
Excellent service! They resized my watch a few weeks ago, and when one of the links came loose, they fixed it quickly at no charge. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to find a business that stands behind their work, even when the watch wasn’t purchased there. Highly recommend!
