Stopped in to ask some questions and get some bolts. I had some questions about work done at another international dealership and she was able to give me all the information I need. She also gave me two bolts that I needed free of charge. This is definitely the dealership you want working on your truck. These people will not nickel and dime you like the rest.

As a fleet owner with multiple mechanics in the area, I’ve had the worst experience here. I sent a truck in for a simple light repair that turned into $700 repair that still doesn’t work. Not only did I pay for a service that wasn’t completed, but I also received a tremendous amount of disrespect from the rep, Carter White, when I confronted him about it. As a business owner, I don’t see how any company would ever conduct business in this manner.

What a disorganized shop. I called 8 days ahead of time and made an appointment for PM on a Cummins/Onan generator. When we arrived we were told they had no record of the appointment, had no idea who took my call, and if we left the bus they’d try to work us in the next day. I looked in my call logs and I definitely called the right location when I set up the appointment. Never going to try using White’s again, that’s for sure.
