When you tell the truck driver you will get the truck in the shop the next morning, GET IT IN THE SHOP!! Don't lie to us and say it will be later in the evening or Monday! That is unacceptable!

White's warranty repair is two weeks of sunshine on their backlot. Then they check for problems and "order parts" ... another week goes by then they do the minimum to make it go away.
I got my truck checked in at 7 Monday mor, it is 24 hours later and it is not in the shop yet, and they hope to get it in later today. They are costing me money.
I'm warning you. Don't buy from them. Equipment is horrible. Bought a piece of equipment. They painted over the problems and now we are stuck with a piece of equipment that doesn't run. They knew what they were doing. We put 1 mile on the piece of equipment before it fell apart. I am going to make it my goal to make sure no one gets screwed like we did.
I bought a 2012 KW T660 from this dealership back in April 2016, they selling them with a 1 year 125k engine and aftertreatment warranty from Premium 2000 which isn't worth the paper it's written on if they cover anything it will be at a fraction of what it actually costs to fix and that's only after a bunch of back and fourth with them. As for Whites part, they put these trade ins on their lot for sale with little to no maintenance as possible.
