I have recently changed my family doctors after 10 years of disappointing health care service for my son and I. I have since been left again by DR Kelly with no knowledge as to why a GP fails their duty of care. We are completely disappointed as there has been no communication with DR Kelly who never responds to us and hides behind reception staff.
A great medical clinic. I've been seeing Dr Rozis for many years now and she has continued to be a steadfast, above and beyond practitioner. The nurses and receptionists are wonderful, so professional and lovely. I recommend this surgery to everyone, brilliant healthcare

I am honestly so thankful to have found a genuine doctor who cares.
WHFMC has been our family practice for at least 15 years. While I usually see the same 2 doctors, my husband is happy with whomever is available, and both of us are very pleased with the medical support, advice and general care we have received over the years. Nursing and front desk teams have changed over that time, not without a few bumps, but the new staff do seem to make an effort to be polite.
