Terrible experience with this place. Had an appointment for 4:15, arrived at 4:10. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes before being forced to leave without even having the appointment because we had other commitments to attend. The appointment was supposed to be 4:15 to 4:30. 5, 10 even 15 or 20 minutes late is understandable, but 40? That is outrageous. I have recently changed my family doctors after 10 years of disappointing health care service for my son and I. I have since been left again by DR Kelly with no knowledge as to why a GP fails their duty of care. We are completely disappointed as there has been no communication with DR Kelly who never responds to us and hides behind reception staff.
A great medical clinic. I've been seeing Dr Rozis for many years now and she has continued to be a steadfast, above and beyond practitioner. The nurses and receptionists are wonderful, so professional and lovely. I recommend this surgery to everyone, brilliant healthcare
