Dr Kelly Joyce is simply outstanding. She is thorough, genuinely listens, and has managed everything I’ve brought to her with exceptional care. You never feel rushed and always leave feeling like your health is in good hands. Couldn’t recommend her and the team at Whites Hill Family Medical highly enough.
Terrible experience with this place. Had an appointment for 4:15, arrived at 4:10. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes before being forced to leave without even having the appointment because we had other commitments to attend. The appointment was supposed to be 4:15 to 4:30. 5, 10 even 15 or 20 minutes late is understandable, but 40? That is outrageous. I have recently changed my family doctors after 10 years of disappointing health care service for my son and I. I have since been left again by DR Kelly with no knowledge as to why a GP fails their duty of care. We are completely disappointed as there has been no communication with DR Kelly who never responds to us and hides behind reception staff.
A great medical clinic. I've been seeing Dr Rozis for many years now and she has continued to be a steadfast, above and beyond practitioner. The nurses and receptionists are wonderful, so professional and lovely. I recommend this surgery to everyone, brilliant healthcare
