I have recently changed my family doctors after 10 years of disappointing health care service for my sons and I. Within my first consultation with Dr Joyce, I have felt safe, embraced and had a full meditation review with outstanding support and kindness. I am honestly so thankful to have found a genuine doctor who cares.
WHFMC has been our family practice for at least 15 years. While I usually see the same 2 doctors, my husband is happy with whomever is available, and both of us are very pleased with the medical support, advice and general care we have received over the years. Nursing and front desk teams have changed over that time, not without a few bumps, but the new staff do seem to make an effort to be polite. I have been seeing Dr Hall for years now. I’m so glad I found her after years of looking for a reliable and thorough Dr. She listens and has a high level of care for her patients. She is not dismissive, taking all concerns seriously and genuinely wants to help. Could not recommend her highly enough. I have also seen Dr Wong a few times when Dr Hall is unavailable and he is also a very good Dr.
