Received flowers late Sat. Afternoon. At time beautiful, plenty of water & looked quite fresh. Placed centre of kitchen table. Early Sunday morning, roses all wilted! Proceeded to take roses out to see if I could salvage them. One large one dropped it’s rose from the stem immediately showing rot between the base & the stem! Several tiny carnations were broken. Went in this morning hoping to have a bouquet made for my friend’s wedding. They were so lovely and made the time to make an amazing bouquet. Thank you! Edit: Unfortunately the second visit here wasn’t ideal. Came into the store to order flowers for my Mother and sister in law for Mother’s Day two days prior to pickup. Came into the store today and they were not ready and the flowers included were very much on their last legs. This place should be ashamed of itself. I was sent a purple Orchid from here, and not only were the blooms already dying but the leaves were completely wilted, indicating improper care/watering. In the photos I included my existing orchid (white) to show what a healthy plant should look like. Shameful of them to send something like this out. Please don’t order from here, zero stars.
We had a slight hiccup with the delivery date but they were very quick to make up for it. Communication was very good. Will order from them again.
The flowers were beautiful and the customer service was good, would certainly recommend
