Paul was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. He did outstanding work on my wedding ring, handled shipping seamlessly, and even had it appraised. We live in Oklahoma and will gladly drive 3.5 hours just to continue using their services. Highly recommend.
Came in to have my wife’s ring repaired (missing 2 small diamonds, main one fell off as well). Paul showed me what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and told me it would be ready in a few days. He called the same day he stated it would be ready. I picked it up and it was perfect again! I decided to have another ring appraised for insurance purposes as well. Paul was more than willing and gave me a nice appraisal booklet and a clean ring at the end!
Me and my Fiancé went here for an appraisal for insurance after inheriting his great grandmother’s ring. Paul helped us and was SO NICE! It was a Saturday and he was obviously very busy and yet he still waited on us promptly and took his time explaining the different unique features my diamonds hold and how to look for them. We dropped them off and he said it would take 2 1/2 hours, but he ended up finishing very quickly, we went down to the rail pizza and he called us as soon as we finished eating, it was incredible!!
