Me and my Fiancé went here for an appraisal for insurance after inheriting his great grandmother’s ring. Paul helped us and was SO NICE! It was a Saturday and he was obviously very busy and yet he still waited on us promptly and took his time explaining the different unique features my diamonds hold and how to look for them.
