They were terrible. We went to buy a 2018 Honda Sport with cash...no financing. Chris, our Salesman, was nice and tried to help. His manager told him he couldn't come down on the price. He would not even come out to talk to us about any type of resolution. We drove to Chatanooga and purchased a 2019 Honda Sport for $2,000 less that they were going to sell a 2018 for.

Jon Howard was great!! He assisted my son and I, through the online portion. Talked about everything over the phone and then once I got to Clarksville and we went to see him, he was great. I flew from St. Thomas, VI to make this purchase for my son. He found out what my son wanted and found him a great car for a great price. He didn’t just sell us a car, he was concerned about every aspect of the deal. He is a great person and salesman. We recommend him to anyone!!
They prompt and the service team are the best
Terrible. A family member was highly interested in a vehicle on there lot. They called and got some information from a young salesman. They ran a hard inquiry on her credit 5 TIMES! On top of that they didn't act interested in selling her this vehicle, and there was no negotiating on the sale price. She was taken advantage of and written off for being a female. After her experience, the car was taken offline. Do not do service with these people.
Horrible. They give you lowball ridiculous offers on your trade. I literally left there and went straight to d Patrick Honda where they gave me 4K more for my trade for the same exact vehicle. Don’t waste your time here. Not a good experience at all.
